Berlin has always been a city where many different people have congregated, a trend that continues in many places across the city today. In 2013, we started building a cultural rooftop garden on an empty level of a parking garage, which is where the “Klunkerkranich” was born – a place for culture, for music, a playground with a wonderful view over the entire city. What many people might not realize is the amount of technology and management that runs in the background in order for this type of operation to work. And all of the systems have to work, hand in hand, every day. We have always found WAGO products to be reliable, flexible, and easy to install; therefore, they have become the standard for our electrical installation. What excites me about the WAGO Home products is that they are easy to install and can be integrated according to the Matter®-standard. The lights turn on automatically when it gets dark. The irrigation system is controlled according to the current weather – and you only have to press one button to turn everything off at the end. The most beautiful moment at the “Kranich” for me is when hundreds of guests arrive, the lights go on, and I know that everything will simply work.
