Welcome to our tutorials on using the WAGO Webshop. In this video we'll show you how to manage the data in your WAGO online profile. To manage your online profile data, click “Login” at the top of the WAGO homepage. Enter your email address and personal password, and click “Login”. Click on your user name, and then on “My profile” to go to your personal profile. In the center area, you can see information on the current state of your registration with the WAGO Webshop. The functions that you can use with your WAGO online profile are visible here. Here, you can see the various types of data that you have stored with us. You can manage your company data, personal data, and login data. You also have the ability to delete your online profile. If you would like to change your personal data, for example, click “Edit” in the corresponding block. As an example, you can enter a new telephone number, and send the information to us by clicking “Request change”. he changes will then be sent to the WAGO associate assigned to your account, checked, and finally stored in our database. It generally takes around 24 hours for the updates to be reflected in your account. If you have changed your company data, please send a notification on company letterhead to your contact person in WAGO Sales with your new company data: this will help accelerate the process. If you want to update your password, you can, of course, do this immediately. In this case, your changes will be applied without delay. Please note the necessary restrictions established for password protection. Also consider that your online access at WAGO is personalized to you. You are the only person who is authorized to use and manage this access. Please do not give your password to anyone else, and please do not replace your colleagues’ access with your own personal data.
