Welcome to our tutorials on using the WAGO Webshop. In this video, we'll show you how to manage delivery addresses in your WAGO online profile. To manage your delivery addresses, click “Login” at the top of the WAGO homepage. Enter your email address and your personal password, and then click “Login”. Click on your user name, then on “Delivery Addresses” in order to get to your delivery addresses. You can see your existing delivery addresses, edit them, set your default delivery address, or enter a new delivery address. To store one delivery address as the default address, click on “Set as default”. This ensures that the delivery address in your online ordering process is already supplied with this address. As an example, to change an existing delivery address, click “EDIT”. You can carry out the desired changes here, and sent it to WAGO by clicking on “Request change”. The changes will then be checked by the WAGO associate assigned to your account and stored in our database. It generally takes around 24 hours for the updates to be reflected in your account. If a delivery address is no longer needed, then you can request that this address be deleted. After approximately 24 hours, the deleted address will no long appear in your account. If a delivery address is missing, you can enter a “New delivery address”. This will then be checked by the WAGO associate assigned to your account and stored in our database. It generally takes around 24 hours for the updates to be reflected in your account. Please note that new addresses in other countries are subject to a separate check for tax law reasons, so that the release will be carried out elsewhere.
