Since the archeological site of Sanxingdui was discovered in 1929, more than ten thousand artifacts have been excavated. Examination by experts has shown that these artifacts can be used to trace ancient China back 5,000 years, proving that this is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization. These artifacts include numerous, globally superlative examples: including such treasures as the world's oldest gold bar, the tallest bronze tree of heaven, the most bronze heads excavated at once anywhere in the world, etc., and which continue to astonish archeologists. The existence of these artifacts forms the indispensable cornerstone for proving how magnificently this civilization flourished. Providing a home for them is not only the duty of the Sanxingdui Museum, but also a great honor. The design of the Sanxingdui Museum was inspired by the concept of the “eyes of the ancient Shu empire” arranged like three stars in the landscape. The exterior shape of the museum is reminiscent of the iconic protruding eyes of the bronze heads, and gaze towards the archeological site of Sanxingdui. Due to the special nature of the exhibits, electrical fire protection is considered particularly important. WAGO's terminal blocks are easy and fast to connect, and are also safe and reliable: guarantors of quality that is worthy of dissemination.
