Do you work with control cabinets and are you faced with the challenge of optimally integrating the digital twin into your company? Do you want to know what value added the digital twin can create for you? Then this is exactly the practical tip you need. Welcome! The digital twin is a copy of an existing object or process. The digital twin helps you simplify your tasks and save time and money. This video explains how WAGO can help you create a digital twin. But be careful with the term “the” digital twin: There's not only “one” digital twin, but rather the digital twin you are using to help you with your specific task and that does not make the process more complicated than necessary. WAGO supports you with the right digital twin for the challenge facing you. We'd like to show you how a digital works in actual practice using the example of our mini terminal blocks. Our mini terminal blocks impress with their compact design and versatility. These come in many installation versions, such as for mounting on a DIN-15 rail (TS 15), (TS 15), or for installation directly on the mounting plate with a flange. One of our business partners even uses the mini terminal blocks in its driverless transport systems. These driverless transport systems are simulated in 3D programs, such as AutoCAD or Siemens NX. To do this, our partner needs a digital twin of the mini terminal blocks from WAGO to simulate the given space and to position the drilled holes. The digital twin used for this task is available directly at the WAGO website, under the corresponding item. From there you can go to the WAGO and select the digital twin you need from more than 60 formats. The quality of the digital twins provided there is regularly awarded the gold seal in the latest STANDARD by the host CADENAS. Another business partner uses the WAGO mini terminal blocks for its small distribution cabinets on a DIN-15 rail. This partner conducts comprehensive electrical planning with circuit diagrams and needs a digital twin that possesses the corresponding electrical functions, such as the connection points. Depending on the engineering software you are using, you can find this digital twin directly at the EPLAN Data Portal, in the ZUKEN Component Cloud or in the WSCAD Universe. WAGO offers you an ever-increasing number of high-quality digital twins based on the respective manufacturer format, such as the EPLAN Data STANDARD or the Zuken E3 Premium Certificate. You ultimately always get the high-quality digital twin from Varro that you need to bring the digital twin for your system to life. Do you need assistance in working with the digital twin? Or would you like to render your processes even more efficient with the digital twin from WAGO? Talk to us. We are happy to assist you.
