The great advantage of our system is, of course, that the customer can seamlessly document that everything is being done correctly. My name is Wolfgang Laufmann. I am the Global Key Account Manager for Digital Plant and have been with WAGO for 24 years now. I'm Thomas Striegel from TTS Automation. I am a co-founder, co-managing director and developer. We produce safety systems, early risk detection systems in which loading processes are constantly monitored. And so we came up with the concept of having the loading documentation accompany the processes. For the loading documentation, the camera is responsible for saving good images to a database, which then can be used again based on the order, if any questions arise about loading. In a worst case scenario, a truck can have an accident on the highway. The question then arises, "Is the shipping fuse correctly made?" What was the truck carrying? The interesting thing about this collaboration is that it is important that TTS Solution involves us in project planning from the very beginning. For the loading documentation, the first camera would therefore be at the gateway to the site. The truck is in essence filmed from the front, allowing the license plate to be recognized, and this is then allocated to the order. The second camera is positioned at the corresponding gate, so that when the truck backs onto the premises it is likewise checked immediately. Is this the right truck at the right gate? The camera on the forklift truck detects the barcode and the pallet is then assigned to its designated space using the the forklift's tracking system. The forklift that then moves in, sets the pallet down and moves out again. Then the fourth camera generates an image of the complete trailer for the loading documentation. The camera receives this information from the ERP system via the WAGO IoT Box. The WAGO IoT Box consists of a number of components for connecting the camera system on the one hand. On one side - but on the other hand, we also need to retrieve data directly from the forklift to actually provide functions there. First of all, I need classic I/O modules, and I also need communication interfaces. Our WAGO controller is naturally the centerpiece of this. With the WAGO IoT Box, we have the option of implementing the interface to all systems. I think that today's generation of system cameras and its scope of performance has a very, very bright future. I would describe our collaboration with TTS such that we also apply this zest in our work and in this innovation network.
